Rikki Ashy is an Administrative Assistant at Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay.
Rikki joins the firm after building her career in the exercise and allied health professions. Her clinical healthcare experience includes working in occupational therapy, working with individuals experiencing chronic illnesses and requiring pain management care. Her role was to help people achieve their goals and improve their goals, which she did by providing motivation and support to enhance their abilities. She was trained in evidence-based treatment protocols, intervention and communication skills and recording outcomes for individual cases.
In her role at Bryson, she brings key skills to the position that assist attorneys in achieving results for the firm. This includes her ability to build relationships and problem-solve for solutions, while deploying time management skills to ensure deadlines are achieved. Her documentation accuracy and client-centered focus fits well in this role of supporting clients. Rikki’s assessment experience is also valued in working on client matters.
Education
Rikki was on the President’s List and Dean’s list throughout her post-secondary studies.
Appointments and Service
Rikki has a strong volunteer and public service background. During her post-secondary time, she assisted with house improvement projects and guided freshmen in becoming established for their studies. She contributed to several community improvement initiatives in her post-academic life that added to her involvement with nonprofit groups and local organizations.
She has been a member of professional health organizations and is trained in CPR, First Aid and AED.
