Paralegal

Kimberly White is a Paralegal at Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay. She joins the firm with more than 20 years of experience in civil litigation matters including personal injury, medial malpractice and product liability.

Kimberly has worked on hundreds of legal cases for both plaintiff and defense, giving her a strong acumen of legal strategy. She is a regular communicator with risk managers, claim specialists, legal counsel, physicians and clients. A proficient professional in interviewing clients and preparing discovery for highly complex and propriety matters, Kimberly has prepared HIPPAA-compliant subpoenas for voluminous medical, employment and insurance records.

She has also worked for the City of Phoenix, AZ prosecutor’s office, the American Arbitration Association and the Western Case Management Center where she was the dedicated case manager to the Hon. Judith M. Ryan (Ret.) out of Orange County, CA.

As a strategic attorney assistant, Kimberly has assisted with jury instructions, motions in limine, demonstrative exhibits, trial binders, preparing expert witnesses and managing correspondence and pleading.
