Jordan Macejka is a Senior Associate at Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay.

Jordan’s experience has led him to handle a variety of complex legal issues in cases involving privacy right violations (for example, the improper collection and transfer of an individual’s personal identifying information and/or personal health information), data breaches, Medicare payment reimbursements, breach of contracts, and personal injury.
Legal History
Born and raised in Schenectady, New York, Jordan the move to South Florida and began practicing at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm handling motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability cases. He then transitioned to a highly regarded boutique firm handling insurance defense and insurance coverage cases. In addition, Jordan has represented financial institutions in complex commercial and banking litigation matters.
