Legal History
Samuel began his legal career as a legislative attorney for the Florida House of Representatives, where he advised lawmakers on commerce and insurance legislation. He then transitioned into private practice, representing corporate clients in commercial, property, and premise liability litigation.
He later advocated for policyholders, representing business owners, municipalities, homeowners, and condo associations in high-end residential and commercial property damage disputes. This blend of experience has shaped his ability to think strategically and advocate effectively for his clients.
