Currently, Adriana is focused on data breach and privacy violations, representing individuals whose personal and sensitive information has been unlawfully shared, exposed, or misused by corporations and institutions. Her work reflects the evolving landscape of digital privacy rights and consumer protection.

Following law school, Adriana began her legal career at Watts Guerra LLC, where she served as an associate attorney on nationally significant mass tort litigation. During her tenure, she played a key role in the development and support of complex, multidistrict litigation.

  • The PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) lawsuits, involving claims against chemical manufacturers for widespread toxic exposure.

  • ZANTAC litigation, involving defective medical devices and pharmaceutical harm.
  • The acetaminophen-related autism and ADHD litigation (formally referred to as In Re: Acetaminophen – ASD/ADHD Products Liability Litigation), where she assisted families pursuing justice after prenatal exposure.

Appointments & Service

  • During her law school experience, Adriana gained investigative experience as an Assistant Investigator at ProFamily, where she developed early skills in fact-finding, case analysis, and supporting families through sensitive legal matters.
