Amie Troutt is an Associate Attorney with Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay.
Her litigation practice includes high-stakes mass arbitration and class action matters involving consumer protection, data privacy, gambling and sports betting, municipal liability, PFAS, and emerging technology. She represents individuals and public entities in complex, high-exposure disputes targeting unlawful corporate conduct, systemic misconduct, and failures of public accountability.
Before joining Bryson, Amie worked in public sector, focusing on child advocacy for San Diego County. In private practice, she handled class actions, mass arbitration, product liability, and employment litigation. She is experienced in pursuing aggressive enforcement of consumer rights and holding powerful institutions accountable for large-scale harm.

In law school, Amie served as President of the Women’s Law Caucus, was inducted into the Pro Bono and Public Service Honors Society, and was awarded the Harvey R. Levine Scholarship for Consumer Advocacy in recognition of her work in consumer protection. She also received the Distinguished Advocate Award for excellence in trial skills and was a mentor for The Lawyers Club of San Diego.
