Jimmy focuses his practice on class actions and mass arbitration matters, seeking to vindicate consumer rights. This work primarily seeks to hold companies accountable for consumer fraud and privacy violations.
Prior to joining Bryson, Jimmy worked on a variety of high stakes, complex commercial litigation and consumer litigation. Among his largest matters was a decade-long private trust dispute in which his clients sought damages for investment management. Following many years of litigation and an eight-week trial, Jimmy helped his prior firm obtain a verdict in excess of $800 million. He has also helped obtain favorable results in other jury trials and arbitrations. At the appellate level, he has authored successful briefs before the Florida Third District Court of Appeal.
