Justin Zion is a Law Clerk with Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay.
He works primarily on data privacy, mass arbitrations and class actions. Justin helps prosecute cases against companies that sell their customers’ private information to tech giants without consent. Justin helps client’s whose information was harvested are compensated for the violation of their privacy, and he works to ensure that future consumers do not have their personal, financial, or health information collected and sold without their knowledge. Justin also works on cases against defendants who mislead consumers with false labeling and false advertising of their products.
Before joining Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay, Justin received his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He also has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Binghamton University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Outside of the firm, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid sports watcher, and he enjoys reading and writing fiction, particularly the fantasy and science fiction genres.
