Mark is Of Counsel for Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay.

Mark has represented numerous individuals, businesses and local governments in matters involving personal injury, eminent domain, and local governmental law. He obtained numerous and significant monetary awards for his clients in non-class action lawsuits, and, after joining the Bryson, he (along with members of the Bryson firm) obtained numerous and significant awards for clients in class actions.

Mark has practiced law in the state and federal courts of North Carolina for over 35 years. Upon being admitted to the North Carolina Bar, he became an assistant prosecutor with the Wake County District Attorney’s Office. He entered private practice and has over three decades of experience.
