Mark Rabin is an Associate at Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay.
Based in New York City, his practice centers on class actions and mass arbitrations, with a focus on data privacy litigation. Since entering the legal field in 2024, Mark has contributed to the recovery of millions of dollars for individuals whose privacy rights were violated by major corporations.
Mark has worked on a wide range of cases involving unauthorized data collection, biometric privacy breaches, and other consumer data violations. His experience spans both litigation and arbitration, allowing him to effectively represent clients across multiple forums in complex, high stakes matters.

Mark earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2024. Prior to law school, he earned a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and worked at Ernst & Young, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis and corporate accountability.
Personal Notes
Outside the office, Mark enjoys watching and playing sports as he’s a big fan of the Marlins and Dolphins and loves playing pickleball and tennis. He’s also an avid foodie who loves discovering new restaurants in the city.
