Now living in Raleigh, North Carolina (with roots in the Chicago, Illinois area), Scott Heldman is a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal whose practice centers on class actions and mass arbitrations in federal and state courts across the country. He brings a steady, solutions-oriented approach to complex litigation.

Scott appreciates the camaraderie and professionalism of his team, noting that the collaborative environment keeps motivation high and makes each day feel purposeful. He also finds working directly with clients especially rewarding.

Away from the office, Scott describes himself as a “jack-of-all-trades, master of none” and a practical tinkerer. He jokes that while he owns golf clubs, they’ve never seen grass, and his putter has never left the bag.
