Tom Bibby

Thomas Bibby is a Senior Associate at Bryson Harris Suciu DeMay.

For the past decade, Tom has represented individuals, small businesses, and corporations in high-stakes litigation across the country, including multidistrict litigation, class actions, and personal injury matters.

Tom maintains a class action and mass arbitration practice that primarily focuses on unfair and deceptive fees, unlawful utility rates, consumer fraud, wiretapping statutes, and violations of state and federal privacy laws.

In addition to his class action practice, Tom also advocates on behalf of clients exposed to toxic chemicals. Currently, Tom represents individuals injured by forever-chemicals that have contaminated drinking water across the country in In re: Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Products Liability Litigation, MDL No. 2:18-mn-2873-RMG.
